The single BEST workout in the world!!!

I’m asked at least once a day “which workout is best”. The answer is almost always the same:

The one you’ll do.

Find something that you enjoy and get on it. For 99% of the population the answer is as simple as that. Do anything you like as long as it is safe, legal and you love it.

We can get down to the gritty details once you get into the habit of doing something daily.

Want to make HUGE changes in your lifestyle?

Start with one thing today. Make it simple.

Today I’ll cut fried foods out of my diet.

Boom. Done. Get it right for the next week.

Next Monday? Add another one. Today I’ll use the stairs more.

Next Monday? Another. And on and on.

You’ll be the person you want to be soon than you’d even imagine but you have to start.

Start today.

Block out that noise

The world’s noise gets very quiet when you’re in tune with yourself

Wise words indeed. When we are out of sorts with ourselves we get what professional athletes call “rabbit ears”. We hear everything going on around us and it distracts us from what we need to do.
Get your body, your conscious mind and your subconscious mind all pulling in the same direction and those outside distractions become nothing more than white noise.

Exercise: Improves Cognitive Function in Women!

Regardless of age, females who are highly physically fit have faster neural reaction times than their less fit peers. Near infrared spectroscopy scans showed that physical fitness is associated with greater cerebral oxygenation, which may be the underlying mechanism for the observed elevations in brain function.
