I’m asked at least once a day “which workout is best”. The answer is almost always the same:
The one you’ll do.
Find something that you enjoy and get on it. For 99% of the population the answer is as simple as that. Do anything you like as long as it is safe, legal and you love it.
We can get down to the gritty details once you get into the habit of doing something daily.
Good point, and I completely agree. People can make it complicated but it’s just as simple as doing a work out you can enjoy so that you ensure longer term commitment for yourself.
