Chiropractic: Fatigue Is a Risk Factor for Neck Pain.

In healthy young adults, exercise-induced general fatigue can alter neck proprioception, or the body’s ability to sense the position of each body part relative to other body parts. Even a slight compromise in body stability and posture resulting from reduced proprioception could place added strain on the head, neck, and shoulders, potentially increasing an individual’s risk for neck pain.
